TriRx facilities in both Segré and Shawnee offer sterile and non-sterile contract manufacturing.
TriRx draws on decades of experience in the pharmaceutical CDMO industry and a 40-plus year facility track record to deliver high-quality sterile manufacturing services from our world-class facilities.
We offer aseptic compounding, manufacturing of sterile products, aseptic filling into glass and plastic vials, and automated secondary packaging lines. For sterile ointments, we offer clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilization-in-place (SIP) compounding and mobile vessels.
Sterile suspensions also benefit from CIP/SIP compounding vessels and a manual line for glass or plastic vials with integrated secondary packaging and semi-automatic visual inspection. For sterile solutions, we have compounding and receiving/filling vessels on an integrated line with a washing/sterilization tunnel. This also has a manual line for filling into glass vials with integrated secondary packaging and semi-automatic inspection.
