Bill Henderson brings over 15 years of extensive leadership and operations experience to TriRx, where he serves as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain.

Before joining TriRx, Mr. Henderson held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson. He served as a Global Packaging Leader within the MedTech Procurement organization, overseeing key packaging initiatives worldwide. Prior to that, Mr. Henderson led a global portfolio at Janssen, the Innovative Medicine division of Johnson & Johnson, supporting clinical drug trials that significantly improved patient outcomes. Mr. Henderson launched his career at Johnson & Johnson through the Procurement Leadership Development Program, where he initially served as a Procurement Category Manager in the MedTech sector.

Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Henderson served as a US Army officer for over seven years, both overseas in Afghanistan and Korea and within the United States. During his service, he led multinational teams through complex challenges, a skill set that has been invaluable throughout his professional journey.

Mr. Henderson is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received his MBA in Supply Chain and Operations from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business.
